During maintenance customers will not able to start or join a GoToAssist Remote Support session though the application. No new sessions will start from the website, unattended machines will be unavailable, and reporting will not be functioning. Unattended Remote Support customers will be unable to login or start remote unattended sessions. Inflight sessions will not be impacted.
