Scheduled - As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, Rescue, Rescue Live Guide, and Rescue Live Lens will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: April 6th, 2024, 6:00 AM UTC to 8:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: During the maintenance window, Rescue, Rescue Lens, Rescue Live Guide, and Rescue Live Lens customers will experience 2 hours of unavailability. The following features will not be available during the maintenance window: Registration, Technician, and Admin Login, accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases), and any action that requires session state change (start a new session, transfer a session, hold and close a session). No historical session data will be lost and will again be available after the maintenance is complete. Existing Rescue sessions started and picked up will remain active, and technicians will be able to work on them.
