In order to provide our customers with the best possible service, we will be performing a GoToAssist Service Desk scheduled maintenance on November 3rd from 6:00AM - 8:00AM UTC.
During this time, GoToAssist Service Desk customers may be unable to store any type of attachment (company logos, attachments in notes/comments or emails, CSV exports, etc.). This information will be read-only until the maintenance window has ended.
The expected down time is 40 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
